A thoughtful process for beginning therapy or coaching
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to support depth, consistency, and care. Because of this, I begin with a brief inquiry process rather than immediate scheduling.
This helps to ensure the work is aligned, ethical, and supportive.
Ways to work together
Therapy (California residents)
Licensed psychotherapy for adults residing in California
Therapy may be a good fit it you’re seeking support for:
Anxiety or chronic overwhelm
Trauma responses that don’t resolve with insight alone
People-pleasing and boundary fatigue
Burnout or compassion fatigue
Nervous system dysregulation
Trauma-Informed Coaching (Worldwide)
Coaching is available to clients worldwide and is distinct from psychotherapy
Coaching may be a good fit if you want support with:
Performance blocks or freeze states
Leadership or professional pressure
Nervous system regulation without clinical treatment
Integration after therapy or prior experiences
Coaching is somatically informed, non-pathologizing, and structured.
How the process works
Step 1: Inquiry
You’ll complete a brief inquiry form sharing what you’re looking for and where you’re located.
Step 2: Review
I personally review each inquiry to assess fit, scope, and readiness.
Step 3: Consultation
If aligned, you’ll receive a link to schedule a structured consultation call.
Important notes
My practice is private-pay
Availability is intentionally limited
Therapy is available to California residents only
Coaching is not psychotherapy
This practice is not a crisis service.
