Private Trauma Therapy for High-Achieving Women

You don’t have to keep over-functioning

If you’re here, something in you is ready to stop surviving and start healing

You have likely mastered competence.

You manage.

You perform.

You anticipate.

You hold everything together.

And yet-internally-your nervous system is exhausted.

People rely on you.

Few truly see you.

And setting limits feels harder than it should.

If you are here, you are not looking for surface-level coping strategies.

You are looking for depth. Precision. Real change.

This is not for everyone

Somatic Trauma Therapist | Fawn Trauma Response Specialist and Coach

I work with high-functioning women who are outwardly successful- and privately exhausted

Women who are:

Respected in their careers

The reliable one in relationships

The strong one in their family

The capable one in every room

And quietly are:

Over-functioning

Resentful

Burned out

Afraid to be fully seen

If that’s you, keep reading.

Private Trauma & Somatic Intensives

My work is depth oriented, neuroscience informed, and intetionally limited

I specialize in:

The fawn trauma response

High-achieving people-pleasers

Early attachment trauma

Chronic anxiety rooted in relational stress

Women who cannot stop over-giving

Women with autoimmune disease or chronic pain related to stress and trauma.

Modalities include:

Brainspotting

EMDR

Compassionate Inquiry

Somatic Experiencing

Neurofeedback

This is not talk therapy. This is nervous system-level recalibration.

A different standard of care

Our work is not about “fixing you”.

People-pleasing is often misunderstood as a personality style.

In reality, it is often a trauma-based nervous system adaptation- your nervous system developed to preserve safety and attachment.

Which means:

You cannot out-think it.

You cannot productivity-hack it.

You must work at the level of the nervous system.

That is the level at which I practice.

Why I keep my caseload small

Because depth requires containment.

Because trauma resoultion requires attunement.

Because real transformation cannot be rushed.

I do not work with high volume.

I do not compete on price.

I do not take every inquiry.

I accept a limited number of private pay clients at a time to preserve the quality, intensity, and precision of this work.

The clients i work best with

This work is well suited for you if:

Traditional talk therapy has not resolved deeper patterns

You want clinically sophisticated, trauma-informed treatment

You are ready to invest in lasting change

You value discretion and depth

This is not crisis care or brief coaching.

This is intensive, trauma-informed healing.

I believe in aligned work.

Investment and logistics

I maintain a focused caseload to ensure depth and clinical precision. Therefore I have limited availability.

A Quiet Truth

Many of the women I work with once believed:

“If I stop over-functioning, everything will fall apart.”

What they discovered instead is something very different.

When the nervous system feels safe,

You no longer need to earn your place in the room.

It makes sense that reaching out might feel unfamiliar.

You are not weak for needing support.

You are not too sensitive.

You are not broken.

You adapted brilliantly.

Now it may be time to adapt in a new direction.

Frequently asked questions

Do you specialize in people-pleasing and the fawn trauma response?

Yes. I specialize in treating the fawn trauma response- a trauma adaptation rooted in early attachment environments where safety required self-abandonment, over-functioning, or emotional caretaking. I have also created a digital course on the topic that you can find here.

What makes your approach different from traditional therapy?

My work integrates somatic trauma resolution, attachment repair, and nervous system recalibration. This is not cognitive coping skills therapy. We work with sotred trauma patterns in the body using modalities such a Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, and neurofeedback. I can also offer Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate.

Do you work with high-achieving professional women?

Yes. Most of my clients are high-functioning women in leadership roles, healthcare, entrepreneurship, law, or high-responsibility family systems. They appear capable externally but experience chronic anxiety, over-responsibility, or relational burnout internally.

Do you take insurance?

No. I operate as a private-pay practice. This allows greater confidentiality, no required diagnosis, and treatment talilored to root causes rather than symptom billing codes.

How do I know if we are a fit?

This work requires readiness for depth. If you are seeking quick coping tools or validation without change, this will not be aligned. If you are prepared to examine relational patterns, attachment wounds, and nervous system conditioning, we may be a strong fit.

Do you offer intensives?

Yes. Private trauma intensives are available for established clients or by application. Intensives are designed for individuals seeking accelerated resolution of specific trauma patterns.
